Long before becoming a mom, I was deeply interested in nutrition and diet due to my own journey with IBD. Understanding how food affects my body has always been a priority. But motherhood introduced me to an even broader perspective—self-care. It wasn’t just about what I ate anymore; it was about my overall well-being, my moods, and how they influenced my family.
As an electronics engineer, I was used to solving problems on my own. But navigating motherhood made me realize the importance of balance, mindfulness, and sustainable health habits. In 2016, I started my coaching journey, inspired by the needs I saw in myself and other moms—women trying to juggle everything while neglecting their own well-being.
For years, I’ve been helping women prioritize their health, both physically and mentally. My first coaching practice focused on gratitude journaling, a simple yet powerful tool backed by research to reduce stress and improve brain function. Over time, I expanded my studies in parenting psychology, nutrition, and the impact of diet on mood and emotional well-being.
My goal isn’t to offer a one-size-fits-all solution but to help you take small, meaningful steps toward better health and balance. Through mindful choices and sustainable habits, I’ll show you how small changes can create a lifetime of impact.
